How are you different from a main stream Real Estate Project Company?

We work only for the developer and the developers interests. We do not receive commissions. We assume the Sales and Marketing entity of developers and may engage the services of Main Stream Real Estate Agencies if the fit was right.

Why would we not simply employ a Sales and Marketing director?

We offer the full service with a lot less hassle and cost than employing people. It also allows the developer to focus on the core business – manufacturing of property. As we are not directly affiliated with any one property Developer, we bring with us a myriad of expertise and innovations to achieve the common goal – Tell the story well and sell the properties on time.

Where are you based?

We are based on the Gold Coast, but seeing as properties develop all over Australia, the team is mobile and work remotely often. It is initially important to be on site for the implementation and initial assessment but thereafter, the development can be monitored and managed without a daily on-site presence.

How is the marketing done?

Sales tools and strategy are agreed. The work is briefed and carried out by a number of contractors based in both Australia and New Zealand. If the client has a preferred supplier that they want to support, we will certainly work that into to the program. In all marketing, the collateral created is the ownership of the developer and will be available on a Digital Asset management system.

Do you have a contract?

Regarding Sales and Marketing will provide you with a Management consulting agreement etc. The agreement is fair and reasonable with a mere 60 day notice period.
