Holiday Inn, unlike most developments was sold as “Fractional Ownership”. That being the biggest marketing challenge in that terminology of this description had not been used or understood. Again, with a collaboration with sales and in this case, Accountants, we managed to launch the project successfully.

Residences adjoined to the hotel needed to be sold as investments. We created a concept and implemented it into the various marketing components agreed, advertised in various property portals, arranged and implemented photography shoots (given that it was the developments best asset together with the concept).
